"I loved the way that strategies were categorized into the 3 broad types, that really helped me understand themes in how I feel and behave. I also liked the way the difference between using strategies and behaving authentically are different but can also be the same."

How can we cover so much?

As much as I wish we could address every holiday stress individually, that would take days.

Instead, we'll be covering a framework for making decisions around almost any stress, so you can make your own game plan for your situation and needs.

This also give you the power to adapt your plan as the situation changes!

"I genuinely love your workshops, both as part of this [burnout] course and what you have put out on you tube. I've attended a few live since I discovered your channel and caught up on some past ones from before I came across your content. They were the reason I enrolled in this course. Thank you so much for everything you do."

What's included

"I don't think I can fully verbalize how helpful it is but I just wanted to say thank you. I really felt like it came at the right time for me. Even though I'm still sad that the world is so ableist I think its also helpful to consider the steps I can take myself to make things manageable for me."

"Useful resources but not overload level. Loved the format of what the issue is + example, then what to do about it + resources. Absolutely Goldilocks level of just-right amount of info and context! "
